Cirkul flavor blends are sweetened with either sucralose, stevia, or no sweetness at all (just pure flavor essence) depending on the flavor. Cirkul isn’t here to tell people what. Webcirkul uses two types of sweeteners for different flavor brands.
Those are sucralose and stevia. Below are the sip brands for each.
